The All-Singing, All-Dancing Bollard of Ouistreham, France


We were wandering around Ouistreham, the port of Caen, Normandy, when we found this street bollard inexplicably wibbling and vibrating and making an odd high-pitched wurbling noise. It was doing that when we went in to have dinner at the nearby Le Menhir restaurant and it was STILL doing it a couple hours later when we came out. Regrettably, the weird noise it was making was sort of masked in this video by street noises.
